Pricing questions
How do the packages differ?
They include exactly the same features. Monthly is $14.99 a month. The six-month ($69.99) and yearly ($99.99) packages cost less per month and are billed once per period.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes, at any time from your billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
What happens when my plan ends?
Your account returns to the free plan. Your saved presets stay, but paid modes and full-quality export lock until you renew.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy for the details.
Who handles payment?
Payments are processed by Stripe. It handles checkout and invoices; sales tax or VAT is not added yet.
Can I use the videos commercially?
Yes. Creator Pro includes a commercial license, so you can publish videos for your business or for clients.
